Water-Tite Introduces New Line of Kitchen Boxes

Collierville, Tenn., January 19, 2017 — Building on the 2016 launch of the Water-Tite MultiBox™ System, IPS Corporation has announced a new set of MultiBoxes – the Kitchen Box, which allows installers to simplify and provide a cleaner look to their installations.

“The MultiBox has been well received in the market, providing versatility with multiple configurations,” said Trey Brady product manager. “The Kitchen Box is an extension of that line and continues the Water-Tite promise to provide products to professional plumbers that help them do a better job faster, no matter the application.”

This box contains three valves – hot/cold supplies and a dishwasher valve with optional hammer arrester. When installing a kitchen box the need for stub outs is eliminated, resulting in a faster installation and labor savings. As soon as the supply and drain systems are roughed-in, pressure tests can be performed for both line and valve leaks at the same time. The faceplate on the MultiBox Kitchen Boxes provides three optional break lines to allow for custom fit to cabinetry, as well as having a 1” trim flange for extra coverage.

In addition to the MultiBox Kitchen Box, Water-Tite also offers Kitchen boxes in its Utility Box. This Kitchen box can house three valves with integral hammer arresters or four standard valves.
